Alternate Activity: SYDENHAM LAKE POKER RUN

Hosted by Sydenham Lake Association, this event is not a race. We have four hours to explore Sydenham Lake, Eel Bay and Little Long Lake (if we choose). Each boater will collect a card with the chance to discard one and choose another at the next mystery dock. By chance only, the best poker hand will win.  Each card drawn costs two dollars: 50 % of proceeds go to Southern Frontenac Community Services, 50% to poker hand winners. We are asked to dress up our boats and ourselves, promoting the club, and demonstrating appreciation of the natural beauty we enjoy in South Frontenac. Participants need not enter the poker game, but simply paddle with the group.
