SATURDAY JULY 14TH – LAKES & TRAILS FESTIVAL SYDENHAM

Lakes and trails festival committee has again invited us to participate in this festival. Our day will begin with a guided 2km historical walking tour through the old quaint village of Sydenham with commentary provided by knowledgeable historians. After the tour, we may check out festival displays/activities, and Frontenac Outfitters boats. Complementary lunch will be available after 11 a.m. (voluntary donation). We then return to our designated parking area, unload and launch boats for a "paddle past" the park on route to Eel Bay. We can expect to return to the launch site by 3 p.m.

This celebration of the natural beauty of SF Township is something we appreciate many times on club trips. Hoping for good representation from CCC members. We each sign a registration sheet upon arrival. The more signatures, the more priority council may have to allocate funds for upgrading trails, launch sites etc. Call Dave 613-376-6883 to enjoy a family friendly paddle and full day of activities.
